Open Ground Men's Gatherings are annual events recognised internationally for providing life-changing opportunities and developing a strong community of men. Open Ground allows men from a wide range of backgrounds to connect and forge new friendships and to develop as a man through a series of high quality workshops and activities over the course of the weekend.

Open Ground gatherings are open to all men from any background, religious, political or sexual persuasion. We encourage freedom for men be real with themselves and other men.

The gatherings offer a safe, non-judgemental, supportive space where men can explore the connections, modalities, challenges and exercises that facilitate real and lasting change.

Men attend aged from 18 to 80+ from all walks of life, careers and social backgrounds. We find there is no 'typical' gathering attendee. What we do find is the men who attend are usually seeking a better way to discover themselves and a better way to live their lives.

Manshine 2011 Rescheduled

For many years Manshine has been held over the Labour Day long weekend. In 2011 only, Manshine will take place over the Queens Birthday long weekend, 10-13 June. Make sure your diary is up-to-date now!
